1. Hydration! Drink lots of water!
Allergies dry out our systems, so it’s essential to hydrate your body. Avoid dehydration and you’ll boost your immune system and help maintain normal histamine levels.
Lubricate your body adequately with lots of water and other suitable fluids, including electrolytes, and all layers and levels of your body will notice the difference. Your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic levels will all cooperate and bring health.

2. Eat anti-inflammatory foods!
Beat seasonal allergies the natural way by adding anti-inflammatory foods to your grocery list. Here are just a few that will help reduce your allergic reactions:
- Pineapple
- Onions
- Fish oil
- Brussel sprouts
- Turmeric
- Fresh ginger
3. Use acupressure to relieve allergy symptoms!
