Founder of Daily Clean Your House Flow
The Daily Clean Your House Flow was initially written as a self-help routine for all her clients and students and has proven effective for all ages. Deborah created the animated video of the Daily Flow so kids would have an entertaining way to learn and experience energetic balance, both at home and in the classroom. The program, which includes a book and video, walks you through a series of acupressure poses that reduce stress while increasing creativity, productivity, clarity, and focus. Adults love the video just as much as the kids do!
